Quicken Loans has once again come out on top for client satisfaction among mortgage servicers in a survey from JD Power.
The Detroit-based lender gets top position for the fourth straight year, each year in which it has been eligible. It has also ranked highest in client service in JD Power's survey of mortgage originators for 7 straight years.
"Quicken Loans' brainforce is tireless in its pursuit of making our mortgage process the standard by which all others are judged," said Dan Gilbert, Founder and Chairman of Quicken Loans. "Through innovations like Rocket Mortgage, we continue to define what FinTech is and how it can revolutionize the entire mortgage experience. This award is further proof that when you obsess over every detail and treat every client as family, you leave a lasting impact."
The JD Power survey showed that 95% of respondents reported no problems with the servicing of their mortgage loan over the last year, and more Quicken Loans customers said they would choose the lender for their next home loan; the firm was 25% higher than the industry average.
Quicken was launched in 2010 and added its completely online platform Rocket Mortgage in 2015. The lender has served more than 1.5 million mortgages to become the nation’s seventh largest mortgage servicer.
