Focusing more on investor clients, Peter Gwynne gets returning custom as they might look to purchase up to 10 properties and often want to upgrade their homes. He also knows the importance of not just sticking to residential loans but helping his clients with car and equipment finance as well.
Having seen a number of challenges over the last year, including time-consuming applications and the reduced ability for investors to build their portfolios, Gwynne says he takes the harder times and changes in his stride.
“You just deal with it and move on and embrace change,” he says. “I always see a positive in changes and most often see why it is necessary.”
