Assetline Capital has announced the appointment of Arthur Karvelas (pictured above left) as head of its Victoria sales team, bringing over 20 years of industry experience to the role.
Karvelas joins the non-bank lender from Resi Mortgage Corporation, where he was head of distribution. He previously held positions at Yellow Brick Road, Bluestone, Pepper Money, and Heritage Bank.
In his new role, Karvelas will focus on strengthening relationships with brokers and borrowers in Victoria. He will also provide brokers with market knowledge and face-to-face support throughout the loan process, aiming to streamline approvals and enhance outcomes for both brokers and their clients.
He is expected to expand the lender’s presence across metropolitan and regional Victoria, promoting its full range of lending products to brokers and aggregators.
“I’m looking forward to playing a key role in driving growth and delivering exceptional service and value for our partners,” Karvelas said.
In addition to Karvelas’ appointment, Assetline Capital has promoted Laura Stanley (pictured above right) to the role of New South Wales state manager.
Stanley, who joined the company earlier this year as a business development manager, will now lead the NSW sales team and support brokers and borrowers across the state.
The latest leadership changes follow recent executive appointments, including Royden D’Vaz as general manager of distribution and partnerships, and Jason Lucas as head of sales for commercial lending.
