Key promotions and new roles aim to reinforce broker support
Lendi Group has announced a series of internal promotions and expanded roles aimed at strengthening its broker support network as it heads into the new year.
Sam Hyman (pictured above, upper row, far left) has been promoted to general manager of national sales, and will now lead state general managers, inside sales, and associates teams.
Matthew Whyte (pictured above, upper row, second from left), general manager for Queensland, will also take on operations in Western Australia, while Aaron Hockey, promoted to general manager of network development, will oversee the Centre of Excellence (CoE) and graduate program.
Nick Walsh (pictured above, upper row, second from right) steps into the newly created role of head of Western Australia, while Brian Phelan (pictured above, upper row, far right) takes on the role of head of inside sales. Joel Curley (pictured above, lower row, far left) has been promoted to general manager for Victoria and Tasmania and will also lead South Australia.
Peter Colman (pictured above, lower row, second from left) has been appointed head of South Australia, while Jasminne Goodwin (pictured above, lower row, second from right) has been promoted to head of the Centre of Excellence, where she will lead CoE and graduate teams. Aleks Phamnguyen (pictured above, lower row, far right) has also been promoted to head of distribution operations, a role focused on streamlining operations across the network.
The announcement follows Lendi Group’s recent five-day sales leadership offsite in New South Wales. The event focused on equipping sales leaders with tools, insights, and strategies to support brokers’ success.
Workshops during the event included a focus on Aussie Conveyancing, a service launched in November that creates additional revenue opportunities for brokers while reducing administrative burdens for both brokers and their clients.
In an internal memo shared with franchisees and sales staff, co-founder and chief operating officer Sebastian Watkins and chief distribution officer Brad Cramb reiterated their commitment to enhancing broker services and driving network growth.
“We’re delighted to see the progression of team members through the distribution business who will maintain and enhance our leading Broker Value Proposition in the market,” Cramb said. “I feel a huge sense of pride in the team we’ve built, and as we prepare to head into the new year, I know we’ve got the best team in place to achieve our vision of becoming the undisputed destination for buying and owning property.”
