FAST > Julian KudelkoManager Aggregation Operations & Sales Support
Jules Kudelko joins FAST from within the NAB Group and has held Leadership and Project Management roles across Operations and HR. With over 15 years of experience in the Finance and Banking industry, Jules has previously been an Operations Manager for Liberty Financial's prime lending arm (BEAT Home Loans). Jules was also a Project Manager and Process Improvement Manager with GE in their Home Lending division and has a strong background in change, continuous improvement, project and operations management.

Australian First Mortgage > Rob Maloney
NSW credit team - Credit Services Officer (replacing Rob Legge)
Rob is a 33 year veteran of the industry. He spent the last 20 at mortgage manager BMC Mortgage Corporation. His last role there was as National Sales and Credit Manager and he was also the Responsible Manager for their Australian Credit License. Rob has a strong focus on credit and is passionate about the mortgage industry, especially the non-bank sector.
Managing Director David White says Rob brings with him a fine pedigree in the industry and is pleased to welcome him to the staff: “Rob is a high calibre credit officer with a deep understanding of the rigours of the non-bank and mortgage broker channel. I am confident he will add significant value to the organisation”.

AFG > Cristian FedrigoNational Sales Manager for Asset Finance and Personal Loan products
Cristian has previously worked for a number of ASX Top 200 listed companies. He has extensive solutions based sales & key relationship management expertise to bring to AFG.
AFG General Manager Sales & Operations Mark Hewitt said that the appointment reinforces AFG’s ongoing commitment to providing a diversified proposition to its members: “We are really excited to have someone with Cris’s industry and productsinsights on board to drive this part of the business. We see Asset Finance & Personal loans as a real growth area over the next 3 years and we are committed to investing in technology solutions to make it easier for our members to write these products.”
Vow Financial > Robyn Maierhofer
Senior Leasing & Equipment Finance Officer
Robyn started her career in finance around 1984-1985 at the Newcastle Permanent Building Society working her way from Branch Assistant to Branch Manager. She then moved into Equipment finance & Leasing around 2001 as a settlements officer with Suncorp Metway. Since then Robyn has worked in Commercial Finance and Mortgage Processing.
Vow Financial are thrilled to have Robyn join our national leasing team and look forward to growing this business division within the Vow broker network.
