Chan takes on a national training role; Fowkes joins as Victoria's relationship manager
Aggregator outsource Financial has strengthened its leadership team with the promotion of Sarah Chan (pictured above right) to national training and education manager and the appointment of veteran finance professional Michael Fowkes (pictured above left) as relationship manager for Victoria.
Chan’s promotion reflects her transition from training and education officer to a national leadership position. Known for her dedication to broker development and passion for education, Chan has been a key driver behind the company’s learning initiatives.

Fowkes, who brings nearly 40 years of experience in the finance industry, is the newest addition to the team as relationship manager for Victoria. His background includes senior roles such as national sales manager and broking lending consultant, equipping him with the expertise to guide brokers in the region.
