Innovative system rolls residential, commercial, asset finance into one

Loan Market Group (LMG) has overhauled its MyCRM broker portal with the launch of MyCRM Diversified, which integrates residential, commercial and asset finance lending across the LMG aggregation business and the Loan Market brokerage.
The refined portal aims to help brokers build stronger relationships and say ‘yes’ to more clients.
“This isn’t just a tech upgrade. It’s about cementing LMG as the home of the diversified broker. It’s now easier than ever to do more for your clients while unlocking new revenue streams,” said LMG’s chief executive Ewen Stafford (pictured).
“Clients expect their broker to do more than just home loans because, if you don’t, someone else will. MyCRM Diversified makes it easy to say yes to more deals, whether you want to write them yourself or refer them, without the hassle,” he added.
MyCRM Diversified’s launch follows 12 months of pilot testing. One participant in the pilot phase, broker Nick Clunes of The Lending Lab, said it has made for a seamless expansion into commercial finance.

David McQueen, chief executive of Loan Market, highlighted the untapped potential for traditionally residential brokers in commercial and asset finance.
