Head calls acquisition “a natural fit”
Turner Real Estate, an Adelaide-based property management and sales agency, has announced the acquisition of Bowman Morse Real Estate in North Adelaide.
The acquisition will give Turner Real Estate a third office, ensuring the entire Adelaide metropolitan area is serviced for both sales and property management, the company said.
“Turner Real Estate has been trading for 30 years and Bowman Morse a similar time, so the connection with many generations of clients exists within both of our businesses. It’s a natural fit,” said Lachlan Turner, Turner Real Estate managing director. “The team at Bowman Morse are all a key part of the merger, which gives clients stability and confidence that the same personal touch to their real estate portfolios will remain.”
The acquisition aligns with Turner Real Estate’s strategy to expand offices across the metropolitan area.

Turner Real Estate is one of Adelaide’s largest independent agencies for residential property. It services nearly 4,000 properties for rental management and sells hundreds of properties annually.
