We need insights into the broker-aggregator relationship in the Australian mortgage industry
The 14th annual Brokers on Aggregators again asks brokers what is most important to them.
For the past two years, accurate and on-time commission payments, quality of lending panels and IT and CRM support have been ranked by brokers as the most important aggregator services to them. Among the aggregators, nMB, Liberty Network Services, Loan Market, MoneyQuest and outsource Financial have won the gold ranking for their services.
MPA again invites brokers to complete the survey and provide insights into the relationship between brokers and their aggregators.
The survey closes on Friday, March 8.
Brokers on Aggregators 2024 will be published in issue 24.03 of MPA magazine and online in July.
