She will serve the Chinese-speaking broker community in areas across New South Wales
Non-bank lender Assetline Capital has appointed Celia Li (pictured) as business development manager, joining its New South Wales sales team.
Li joins the team with background in both the non-bank and traditional banking sectors, having held positions at Prime Capital, Commonwealth Bank, NAB, and CitiBank.
In her new role, she will focus on servicing the Chinese-speaking broker community in both metropolitan and regional areas across New South Wales and foster relationships with brokers and aggregators to enhance the company’s market presence.
Assetline Capital said it is strengthening its team as part of its effort to offer both short-term and long-term lending to brokers and borrowers throughout Australia.
“We are thrilled to welcome Celia Li to our team,” said Royden D’Vaz, head of sales and distribution at Assetline Capital. “Her impressive background and dedication to delivering the best outcomes for brokers make her a valuable asset as we continue to expand our reach and serve the industry with fast and flexible lending solutions.”
Li expressed her enthusiasm in joining Assetline Capital.
“They have seen substantial growth in recent years, and I’m excited to play a part in their ongoing success,” Li said. “I’m looking forward to getting on the road, meeting with brokers and working with them on delivering some great deals for their clients.”
This appointment follows several key developments for Assetline Capital, including a record-breaking year-over-year increase in loan settlements and the launch of a new alt-doc construction product.
“We have seen tremendous growth in the last year from product launches like the Clinch Bridging Loan and Alt Doc Construction to growing our sales team in Queensland, Western Australia, and South Australia, so it’s essential that we have an experienced and talented sales team to cater to our full broker network,” D’Vaz said.
“Li’s commitment to delivering outstanding service and tailored financial solutions aligns perfectly with Assetline Capital's mission to provide unparalleled support to brokers.”
