Meeting new brokers and building relationships.
What distinguishes the best brokers you deal with?

What’s the strangest lending scenario you’ve ever encountered?
I’ve had too many to think of. One of the funniest was when a broker contacted me with a client looking to purchase a unit, not knowing that I was in fact the owner of the unit. Needless to say I didn’t get the deal.
