How often do you see brokers in a week?
I see around 15-20 brokers each week, but I talk to a lot more over the phone – it’s important to be available and contactable.
What do brokers want most from you?
An in-depth knowledge of product, policy and process, responsiveness and a solid understanding of their business.
What is your favourite part of the job?
Seeing first- hand the success of many brokers.
What distinguishes the best brokers you deal with?
A genuine customer service ethic, a refined processing system and superior credit knowledge.
Describe your ideal weekend:
Spending time with family and friends.
What’s the strangest lending scenario you’ve ever encountered?
Funding to assist with the construction of a church!
How do you like your steak done?
Medium.
