MPA invites brokers to provide feedback on banks over the past year
MPA’s most comprehensive report into the nation’s banks based on the input of brokers begins – Brokers on Banks 2024.
Each year, the survey results will form the report into the relationship between brokers and banks in Australia.
The survey asks brokers to rate the performance of the lenders they worked with over the past 12 months across the following areas:
- BDM support
- Brand trust
- Commission structure
- Communications, training & development
- Credit policy
- Diversification opportunities
- Interest rates
- Online platform and services
- Product range
- Turnaround times
Brokers are also asked to share their views on important issues facing the mortgage industry, including technological improvement, channel conflict, and interest rates.
