It’s one of the most eagerly anticipated releases on the Mortgage Professional Australia calendar – and now our Brokers on Aggregators report is available to read, for free.
Earlier this year, brokers across the country were asked to rank their aggregators on 11 categories including: IT and CRM support; communication with brokers; quality of lending panel; accurate and on-time commission payments; and more. Brokers were able to give their aggregators a score out of five in each category.
From there, MPA also asked brokers a series of questions relating to their aggregator’s service, to help uncover their top priorities, separately from the overall score.
Now, the full report and the list of the nation’s top aggregators is in.
Among the companies to fair particularly well in this year’s report were Loan Market and outsource Financial. But who else ranked highly?
