Parag Dixit left a leadership role… and became one of Australia's top mortgage brokers
Parag Dixit (pictured above), founding director and mortgage broker at Nfinity Financials, has parlayed his more than 20 years of financial services experience into a successful career in the mortgage space. In that time, he has built a deep knowledge and understanding of various lending products and structures. That knowledge and experience led Dixit to be named one of MPA’s Top 100 Brokers for 2021.
Dixit founded Nfinity Financials in 2019 after spending a decade leading a team of more than 10,000 employees in a successful financial services company based in India.
Nfinity, in contrast, started out as a one-man operation. Since its founding, however, the firm has grown to include three other brokers and three additional employees. Dixit also founded an offshoring business, PROOWRX, which now has more than 10 overseas employees who handle mortgage outsourcing for Nfinity and other brokers.
Dixit said he enjoys working on challenging tasks and finding the right solutions for his clients. His career goal is to maintain business of more than $200 million every year.
Dixit is also looking to the future, envisioning Nfinity’s future growth being driven by its strong referral arrangements with partners and its growing online presence.

Dixit’s drive and success have brought him repeated recognition. He ranked among RateMyAgent’s top 10 mortgage brokers of the year in 2021, and among the top four in New South Wales.
To compile the Top 100 Brokers list for 2021, MPA asked brokers across the industry to submit the total value of loans they had written during the last financial year. They were also asked to provide the number of loans written so MPA could determine their average loan size, as well as other information. The list was determined based on the value of loans written between July 01, 2020, and June 30, 2021.
