Some clues on who made the annual list of the industry professionals you need to know
MPA has no shortage of lists; our Young Guns, Top 10 Franchise Brokerages, Top 10 Commercial Brokers, Top 10 Independent Brokerages, and of course our Top 100 brokers survey. So where does the Hotlist fit in?
The Hotlist attempts to recognise influential individuals across the industry, not only brokers. That said, it is very much a list for brokers; these featured individuals could be critical to expanding your business.
Of course quantifying influence is notoriously difficult; whilst we have taken profits and growth into account, we first and foremost looked at individuals who made news. That means that some well-known and talented individuals aren’t in the list, simply because they had a quiet 2014.
