Connective promotes Roberts to chief marketing role

Connective, one of Australia’s largest mortgage and finance broker aggregators, has named Andrea Roberts (pictured above) as its new chief marketing officer (CMO).

Roberts has a background in high-impact marketing strategies, having previously worked in senior marketing roles at REA Group, GSK, and Hallmark Australasia.

At Connective, she played a key role in launching the Digital Marketing Hub, which helps brokers automate their campaigns. The platform led to a 176% increase in annual settlement volume for brokers using it in 2024, compared to those who did not.

She has also overseen the expansion of services such as My Website, a website-building and hosting service, and Connective Property Tools, which provides property data and insights to brokers.

Roberts’ experience spans more than 20 years in the marketing field, including positions at major brands like Mattel, The Body Shop, and Ego Pharmaceuticals. Her expertise includes strategic planning, multi-channel marketing, and product management – skills she aims to bring to her new role at Connective, where she will lead a team focused on developing tools and resources to support brokers.

“Andrea’s promotion marks a new chapter in Connective’s growth,” said Connective CEO Glenn Lees. “Her leadership will open new opportunities for our brokers and lender partners, ensuring Connective continues to deliver exceptional value in a rapidly changing market.”
