MPA begins annual search for the best workplaces in Australia
Fostering a positive and enjoyable environment for employees is critical to the success and productivity of any organisation.
MPA will again recognise the Top Mortgage Employers across Australia.
Mortgage companies with at least 10 employees are invited to fill out the employer form detailing their various offerings and practices.
Once employer entries close on Friday, May 31, shortlisted companies will receive an anonymous survey to be distributed to employees to evaluate their workplace on several metrics.
Top Mortgage Employers 2024 will be published on the MPA website in September.
