This week a broker is struggling to help a client looking to purchase a commercial property in Gordonvale, Queensland, with a buried fuel tank on the site.

The broker understands that they need to have an environmental inspection report completed, but neither lenders or valuers have been willing to help with this.

“Any ideas who would undertake this?,” asks the broker.
