Employees rated satisfaction on compensation, employee development, and more
Mortgage Professional Australia has released this year’s list of top mortgage employers in Australia, a selection of outstanding mortgage companies keeping their people motivated and satisfied and offering examples of how others can emulate their success.
For this year’s list, Mortgage Professional Australia (MPA) invited organisations across the country to submit their details in a survey, in which they described their offerings and business practices. Afterwards, the nominees’ employees filled out an anonymous survey to rate their satisfaction with several key factors, such as compensation, employee development, culture, and work environment.
Each company was required to meet a minimum number of employee responses based on overall size – and the companies that achieved a satisfaction rating of 80% or greater were named a top mortgage employer. Some of this year’s top employers in the Australian mortgage industry are:
