Australia’s commercial finance sector faced significant challenges this past year, yet the nation’s top brokers navigated economic constraints and achieved notable success.
Now, Mortgage Professional Australia (MPA) has identified this year’s Top Commercial Brokers, all of whom wrote at least $57 million in commercial loan settlements, securing spots among the 30 highest-ranking professionals.
Selection process for MPA’s 2024 Top Commercial Brokers
MPA employed a rigorous methodology to compile the 2024 list. Brokers nationwide submitted their data, detailing their performance over the past year. The submission form collected information on:
- commercial real estate
- equipment and asset finance;
- SME lending;
- debtor finance;
- unsecured business lending; and
- development finance.
Participants also disclosed details about their teams, including the number of support staff, total years in the business, and the aggregators they worked with. Aggregators verified the submissions before final rankings were determined based on total loan value written within the 12-month assessment period.
