MPA announces Top Mortgage Employers 2024 winners
Mortgage Professional Australia has announced the top mortgage companies to work for in 2024, recognising those that excel in creating supportive workplaces where employees feel valued and heard.
The crucial difference for the winners of Top Mortgage Employers 2024 is that they ensure every employee is listened to and supported in their roles.
Methodology
To identify the 25 best mortgage employers in Australia, MPA invited organisations to participate in a detailed survey outlining their offerings and workplace practices.
Employees from these nominated companies then completed an anonymous survey, rating their satisfaction on key factors including compensation, workplace culture, development opportunities, and the overall work environment.
Only companies that achieved a satisfaction rate of 80% or higher were named top mortgage employers.
How top mortgage employers stand out
The most impressive mortgage companies have built strong workplace cultures that emphasise employee well-being, work-life balance, and open communication.
These companies prioritise feedback from their staff, which is essential given the industry’s mix of remote teams, brokers, and client service staff working across the end-to-end client experience.
Australia’s Top Mortgage Employers
One of the 25 Top Mortgage Employers in Australia is the FBAA.
Established in 1993, the Finance Brokers Association of Australasia achieved an overall satisfaction rate of 90%, with technology and resources being the top satisfaction factors.
Committed to upholding high standards, ethics, and professionalism, FBAA is the preferred association for finance professionals, actively advocating for brokers’ rights and engaging with regulators and government.
Finsure, which scored an overall satisfaction rate of 87%, and La Trobe Financial, which scored 81%, also made the list of Top Mortgage Employers 2024.
