Mortgage Professional Australia (MPA) has revealed the best mortgage companies to work for in Australia this year.
The MPA Top Mortgage Employers for 2023 had one thing in common – they are companies that create workplaces where employees feel valued and recognised.
Methodology
The process of finding and recognising the best mortgage employers in Australia took place in two phases:
- MPA invited organisations to submit their details in a survey, describing their offerings and business practices.
- The employees from the nominated companies filled out an anonymous survey to rate their satisfaction with several key factors, such as compensation, employee development, culture, and work environment.
Each company had to meet a minimum number of employee responses based on its overall size. Those that achieved a satisfaction rating of 75% or greater were named a Top Mortgage Employer.
