Winners earned a spot in latest ranking by writing at least $135 million of residential loans
Mortgage Professional Australia (MPA) has just revealed this year’s Top 100 Brokers – a list that delivered eye-catching figures, even higher than 2021’s record-breaking numbers.
To earn a place in this year’s ranking, mortgage brokers had to write at least $135 million of residential loans. The cut-off last year was only $98 million, a figure that would not get into the current top 200.
MPA identified Australia’s Top 100 mortgage brokers for 2022 by asking mortgage brokers across the country to submit the total value of loans they had written over the last financial year and state the number of loans they had written so the MPA team could determine the average loan size.
MPA determined and ranked the Top 100 list based on the value of loans written between July 01, 2021, and June 30, 2022. This year’s report is sponsored by Commonwealth Bank (CommBank).
