Non-bank lender becomes major sponsor in multi-million-dollar, three-year deal
The Wests Tigers have secured a landmark sponsorship agreement with non-bank lender Pepper Money as the club’s major sponsor for the next three seasons.
The new multi-million-dollar deal will see Pepper Money’s branding feature prominently on the front of the jerseys for both the men’s NRL and women’s NRLW teams starting in 2025. The lender will also maintain its presence on coaching apparel, the coaches’ box, and other prominent branding spaces at home games.
The partnership was unveiled at a launch event attended by players, corporate partners, fans, and government officials. Club legends Benji Marshall (pictured above, far right), Brett Kimmorley (pictured above, far left), Kezie Apps, and Apisai Koroisau were joined by new players Royce Hunt and Jack Bird for the presentation of the Tigers’ new 2025 playing jersey.
The agreement will officially begin with the 2025 season. The partnership also includes exclusive industry events for Pepper Money’s broker network.
In September, the lender hosted a “Train like a Tiger” event with rugby league icons Marshall and Kimmorley. Similar broker-focused activations are planned throughout the duration of the sponsorship.
