MPA's annual survey is back to determine the Bank of the Year
Mortgage Professional Australia is once again inviting brokers to rate the performance of their preferred banks through the annual Brokers on Banks survey.
Each year, 100s of brokers from across the country take part in this survey to provide feedback on Australia’s banks. The survey results are used to form the basis of the country’s biggest and most comprehensive report into bank performance from the broker perspective and determine which bank deserves the Bank of the Year title.
The survey also asks for brokers’ views on the important issues facing the mortgage industry, including technological improvement, channel conflict, and interest rates. It takes only a few minutes to complete this online survey form.

The Brokers on Banks 2022 report will be published in issue 22.01 of MPA magazine, out in April, and online.
