Former EA hailed as 'ideal candidate' for role
outsource Financial has appointed Madeleine Dart to the role of national brand manager, effective July 1.
In this newly created position, Dart (pictured above left) will lead and implement the aggregator’s strategic marketing efforts, ensuring that the brand is well positioned and effectively communicated to its target audience.
Dart’s internal promotion follows her more than seven-year tenure as executive assistant to CEO, Tanya Sale (pictured above right).
Emphasising that Dart was the ideal candidate for the position, Sale said that its new national brand manager brought an “expansive and intimate understanding” of the aggregator’s marketing and branding goals, in alignment with their culture and future brand identity.
“We are thrilled to announce the creation of a new role within our company – national brand manager. And are excited to advise that the right person for this role is Madeleine Dart,” Sale said.
“I have no doubt that Madeleine will continue to grow our brand and market presence, as she already has been doing for years.”
As she transitioned to her new role, Dart summed up the move as “a little bittersweet”.
“Being Tanya’s EA is a foundational part of my professional identity,” Dart said. “It will be a strange transition, and yet I cannot contain my enthusiasm for this next step in my career.”
“Brand identity is a passion of mine and to have the opportunity to continue my work around marketing strategies and further brand development for outsource, in an official capacity, is a trajectory that has me very excited.”

Sale said that she had “always envisioned big things” for her former EA.
“In my mind, and other highly respected individuals in this industry, Madeleine epitomises the qualities we want in young leadership, and I look forward to following her journey on what I believe will be a very successful career,” Sale said.
