RedZed names first general manager of sales

Self-employed specialist lender RedZed has appointed Nathan Taddeo as general manager of sales.

In this newly created role, Taddeo  (pictured above left) will oversee RedZed’s national sales strategy and lead a team of business development and direct sales managers. His responsibilities include enhancing broker support, improving customer experiences, and expanding the lender's market share.

Taddeo brings extensive experience in the finance industry, having previously worked as a broker focused on high-net-worth clients and complex finance structures. He was managing director of Credo Financial Group for nearly six years before joining digital mortgage brokerage Finspo as chief lending officer, where he managed a team of 18 brokers and 10 support staff.

As a former broker for self-employed clients, Taddeo is positioned to support brokers aiming to grow in the self-employed lending market and diversify into commercial finance.

“I’m excited to join RedZed,” Taddeo said. “RedZed has a strong relationship with brokers and a commitment to making the loan process straightforward for both brokers and self-employed Australians. In recent years, they’ve improved their offerings, including flexible SMSF solutions and home loans up to $5 million. I look forward to building on this progress with the sales team.”

Natalie Irvine (pictured above right), also recently appointed as chief sales and marketing officer, welcomed Taddeo to the team, emphasising his familiarity with the brand and the broker community.

“Nathan has a deep understanding of brokers, aggregators, and the lending market, which will be invaluable in driving growth for RedZed,” Irvine said. “His values align closely with ours — integrity, relationship-building, and a commitment to positive change. We’re thrilled to have him on board and look forward to his contributions.”
