Andrea Munroe is the secret sauce behind what makes deals from the broker and referred channel fund at HomeEquity Bank. She has risen through the ranks with HomeEquity Bank for the last 19 years where she made her mark in both the direct to consumer sales and referred channels; however, supporting broker experience and funding customer reverse mortgages has been her true passion. She has been instrumental to the company’s new product launches, including HomeEquity Bank’s most recent CHIP Open launch where she championed the product because she recognized how much the product addressed a key broker and customer need for greater flexibility, especially during these times. Andrea also works strategically in growing the business and enhancing the partner and client experience. Always looking to increase HomeEquity Bank’s exposure and impact the industry in a positive way, Andrea has been a leader in pushing the envelope when it comes to, tradeshow and partner events, including hosting some of the company’s most popular Webinars.

Under her leadership, her team of mortgage specialists have experienced growth of over 108%. Her success in mentoring and leading a team of over 18 comes from her own success when she was a mortgage specialist where she broke company sales records. Her drive is equaled only by her care for her team, which have resulted in tremendous results and multitudes of sales awards over the years including the 2019 President’s Leadership Award and the achievement of President’s Club status both as a mortgage specialist and a leader.
