During her career, McDonald has earned recognition as a leader and mentor, regularly engaging in initiatives that support the promotion of women in the mortgage industry. She is a significant contributor to WIMI, a mentor for the Women In Leadership Foundation and a three-time member of CMP’s Women of Influence list.
A distinguished industry speaker, McDonald is considered an authority on the Canadian mortgage market, regularly giving talks at conferences nationwide, including the MPC National Conference, MPC Symposiums and other broker events.
