As a leader of his own team under the Centum banner, Clinton Wilkins has created an environment where agents thrive and achieve new target goals. Under his leadership, the Clinton Wilkins Mortgage Team experienced year-over-year growth of more than 50% in 2018, and Wilkins was named Mortgage Broker of the Year (Fewer Than 25 Employees) at the 2018 Canadian Mortgage Awards. He also continues to hold the top spot within the Centum brand for YTD units. “We’re excited to be able to compete on a national level and to continue to help our customers understand their options to make their homeownership dreams a reality,” Wilkins shares.  

He credits his team’s success to a combination of strategies, including a focus on education, creating informative content, organizing/attending workshops, making media appearances, and catering to the needs of the community across all social platforms and channels. “We are constantly working on our continued growth and are always looking to improve our process and help our customers on their terms,” he says. “We will continue to produce original content, host workshops and collaborate with other professionals to help reduce the noise in the industry and to improve financial literacy in our communities.”
