CMP: What would you like to see change in the way the industry operates today?
Nick Kaaki: I would like to have more educational requirements for mortgage brokers/agents. This will help to eliminate the agents who do not keep up with education and therefore cannot properly represent their clients. I would also like to have national licensing so that we can represent our clients if they move to another province.
