Dominion Lending Centres Estate Mortgages is a little different than other mortgage brokerages in that it shares an office with a Royal LePage franchise, which allows Realtors to essentially take care of financing in-house. The office has been in operation for eight years, and its 15 agents funded $190 million in 2015.
