As the regulatory requirements of the mortgage industry continue to change, Safebridge Financial Group’s Paula Needler has plenty on her plate from a professional standpoint. Then, of course, there’s her personal life to consider; as a mother, striking the right balance is always a challenge.
“I think all women, at some time or another, face the challenges of work-life balance,” she says. “We always want to be the best at what we do while ensuring everyone is taken care of. We tend to put ourselves last, but we need to ensure we take time for ourselves to meet our own goals.”
