“With the financial industry still being predominately male-focused, there is a need to shine a light on successful woman,” she says. “Women tend to not seek recognition for their accomplishments on their own, but these type of lists are always welcome, as they allow others to recognize them for their hard work, as well as empowering other women in the industry to work hard at achieving success and recognition.”
