In less than five years, Tyler Yates has been able to build a thriving mortgage business in the small city of Sarnia, Ontario, and land a spot on CMP’s Top 20 Small Market Brokers list for two years in a row. Last year, Yates managed to fund $27 million; as of the end of May 2017, his team had already reached 70% of their 2016 totals.
