Significantly increasing your sales volume and income in Alberta’s current economic climate takes some serious finesse. Andrew Russell managed to do both in 2016.
“I’d say the primary factor there was that I made some staffing changes that allowed me to delegate more so I could spend all of my time and effort focused on the tasks that actually generate income and leads.”
But Russell’s highlight for 2016 was of a more personal nature.
“We had two families ready to declare bankruptcy and hand their keys over to the bank,” he says. “We were able to prevent the bankruptcy and foreclosures by assisting them in negotiating with their banks and getting their homes sold. It feels good knowing that you’ve had a substantial impact on that family’s financial future and were able to help them walk away with their credit still reasonably intact.”
