He attributes his success to two factors: comfort and confidence. “The ability to convey confidence comes from experience, hard work, and a true understanding and knowledge of the industry and market you work in,” he says. “The comfort comes by way of building a strong relationship with a client and truly understanding their needs, wants and goals. A client has to be comfortable working with you and confident that you can get the job done.”
