Royal LePage’s number one team seven times in the last ten  years, Team Phinney has maintained a level of consistency and success most in the industry can only dream of. But for Loretta Phinney, who established the team over two decades ago, remaining at the top of the crowded GTA market is not about marketing or fighting for every listing, it’s about values.

Phinney founded the team alongside her husband Ron and daughter Kimberly, son Michael and his wife Anna. She has aimed to maintain the warm, familial atmosphere of which the business was born. As the team has expanded to a healthy 18 members, the new additions have almost always been trusted friends of the family, Phinney says, “They have to have the same philosophy as ours, the same work ethic. They have to have respect for clients and a lot of self-respect. That type of integrity has to be there.”
