CMP: What was your primary strategy for growing your business in 2019?
Vikram Sran: Helping clients and trying to get referrals from existing clients; also, following up with Realtors and our friends. Most of our business is based on existing client referrals.
CMP: What’s your prediction for the state of the mortgage industry this year?
VS: The market in British Columbia will boom again since a lot of demand and supply issues happen in Fraser Valley. I think that will keep the market and mortgage industry moving. If the stress test will relax a bit, it will help consumers buy their first home in Canada.
