Christopher Gee has only been a mortgage broker for two full years, but he’s already making his name. The 31-year-old finished 2014 – just his second year on the job – with $26 million in volume. “Not bad for a rookie and former cell phone salesman,” says colleague Lisa Valade. “He is one of the hottest rookies at Mortgage Intelligence and was an award winner in his first year with the company.” Gee is also a sharp real estate investor, having turned over almost 30 properties in Canada and the US. And he makes it a point to share the knowledge he’s gained with his clients so they can build wealth of their own.
