Move promises efficient and personalized mortgage application process
Pineapple Financial and Century 21 Leading Edge Realty have revealed a collaboration that will “create a faster, more efficient, and streamlined process” for realtors and clients.
Under the agreement, Pineapple will integrate its online mortgage application system into Century 21 Leading Edge Realty's corporate website and realtor websites.
The companies said this will “unlock opportunities for revenue growth, partnership expansion, and high-quality leads” for Pineapple brokers, while allowing Century 21 Leading Edge Realty's realtors to offer their clients a “streamlined, efficient, and personalized mortgage application experience.”
"This collaboration with Century 21 Leading Edge Realty Inc. represents a pivotal moment in our journey towards redefining the real estate experience," Pineapple CEO Shubha Dasgupta said in a media release. "Together, we can enhance client satisfaction and foster deeper collaboration, partnership growth, and lead generation for our brokers."
Pineapple's online application system integrates with its recently launched deal management platform, PineappleONE. This technology instantly alerts mortgage professionals when a new application is submitted, allowing them to begin working on the file immediately.
The system also streamlines the loan process by automatically sending email notifications to realtors at key milestones throughout the mortgage process.
