She brings more than 25 years of experience in capital markets and corporate finance
Major fintech Marble Financial has announced the appointment of Rose Zanic as its new chief financial officer.
Zanic, who will be replacing Natasha Tsai, has over 25 years of experience in capital markets and corporate finance. Prior to joining Marble, Zanic operated as an independent corporate finance professional focusing on going-public transactions, financing, M&A transactions, and general public company administration.
Zanic previously spent 19 years with Wolverton Securities, where she served as senior vice president of corporate finance. She is currently a director of several Canadian publicly listed companies, and holds the CPA (CA) designation.

“As part of Ms. Zanic’s compensation, the company has granted her 100,000 [restricted stock units] of which 50,000 RSUs vest immediately and 25,000 RSUs vest every three months thereafter,” Marble said. “The company has also granted Ms. Zanic 250,000 incentive stock options at a price of $0.165 per share for a period of five years. The options will vest as to 25% upon the date of the grant and 25% annually thereafter.”
