Report showcases the Canadian mortgage industry's top up-and-coming professionals
For any industry to thrive, it’s essential to have talented, hardworking and resourceful new professionals coming through – and if 2023’s newly released Rising Stars report is anything to go by, the future of the Canadian mortgage industry is in safe hands.
Here at Canadian Mortgage Professional, we’re proud to release our latest edition of that report, now in its fifth year, showcasing the best and brightest young talent climbing the ladder in Canada’s mortgage space.
The Rising Stars report highlights 50 exceptional professionals under the age of 35 in the mortgage industry who are considered some of the leading names set to shape the future of the space in the years to come.
In February, CMP invited professionals from across the Canadian mortgage industry to nominate their most exceptional young talent for the annual list, with nominees required to be aged 35 or under as of June 30, 23 and have committed to a career in mortgages with a clear passion for the industry.
Nominees were asked about their current roles and responsibilities and their key achievements over the past 12 months, with recommendations from managers and senior industry professionals also considered.
The CMP team reviewed all nominations, narrowing the list down to 50 of the industry’s most outstanding young professionals – and the results are now in, with this year’s Rising Stars including Daniel Pique of Real Mortgage Associates, Lucas Wright of Hillmount Capital, and Patrick Trinh of Mortgage Alliance.
