StreetCity, an independent brokerage with offices in various small Ontario markets – including Thunder Bay, St. Thomas, Port Dover, and Sarnia – as well as Hamilton, has opened a new branch in Kingston, Ontario.
“We pride ourselves on being a different kind of real estate brokerage with a laser focus on customer service,” StreetCity President & CEO Costa Poulopoulos, said. “We are so pleased to be in Kingston where it is still a seller’s market with very low inventory levels and a multiple offer environment for buyers as new sales records are being set.”
The brokerage held a ribbon cutting ceremony in the city.
The branch will be run by local agent Liza Tallen.
