In the first of many announcements to come, Canadian Mortgage Professional magazine is revealing the finalists in two categories for the upcoming Canadian Mortgage Awards.
“It’s refreshing to see that these people have really focused on going beyond the basic needs of clients,” says Chris Davis, CMA operations manager referring to finalists in two customer service categories. “We’ve had a record number of nominations this year.”
That includes industry players from one end of the country to the next. The finalists for the Best Industry Service Provider and the Best Customer Service from an Individual Office are no exception.
Their names (see lists below) are now before the CMA’s distinguished panel of judges, with PricewaterhouseCoopers auditing the exhaustive adjudication process. A full list of all finalists will appear in the upcoming April issue of CMP.
The results, along with winners in 19 other categories, including Best Broker Network, will be announced May 10 at the CMA gala atToronto’s Liberty Grand. The annual event comes on the heels of the Mortgage Summit at the Toronto Congress Centre. It will see more than 500 converge for two days of sessions and networking focused on helping brokers up their game.
