Last year’s winner was Angels In The Night, Invis MI, who do amazing work to provide support to the homeless.
The Best Alternative Lending Broker of the Year -- which over the years has been won by Brokers from Multi-Prets Hypotheque, Centum, Alta West and MCC -- recognizes the best in Alt-A lending. Home Trust have partnered with the Canadian Mortgage Awards since 2008 and this year will sponsor the Best Alternative Lending Broker of the Year.
Returning for their 7th year as sponsor of the Lifetime Achievement In The Mortgage Industry are National Bank. Previous winners of the award have included Colin Dreyer, Gord Dahlen, Ron Swift and, most recently, Doug Farmer.
