In its latest issue, Canadian Mortgage Professional named 23 lone wolves in the mortgage industry, which featured the most innovative independent industry players.
The annual list shared the advantages of being independent – flexibility, freedom, creativity and more control. While there are pros and cons to striking out on one’s own in a competitive market, for these successful brokerages, the benefits outweigh the difficulties.
