Filogix has announced the completion of its full integration of its new Expert Plus and Expert Pro point-of-sale mortgage solutions to its Filogix Expert hub, promising a seamless experience for its users across its platforms.
Filogix said that this synchronization ensures that any mortgage data coursed through the new cloud-based platforms – which were launched in February 2021 – will be available “to support established administrative functions.”
“The future of broker technology is digital, and Filogix is committed to leading the charge for brokers across Canada,” said Jerry Lo, vice president. “Those that have been hesitant to try the new platforms can now dip their toes in the water, confident that all data will be available in Expert. And for those that were concerned that data would not be available in the back end, that is no longer the case.”

The integration has pushed the platforms to the forefront of digital solutions for mortgage originations in Canada, Filogix said.
The entire system is organized to help mortgage professionals “secure terms, conditions and funding approval from multiple lenders rapidly and efficiently,” Filogix said. “With this update, mortgage applications created through Expert Plus and Expert Pro are replicated into Expert, allowing the deals managed via the new digital channels to be available in the back-end Expert database, supporting payroll, compliance and reporting.”
At present, Filogix Expert Plus is readily available to mortgage professionals, while Filogix Expert Pro requires a fee.
