Launch of new high-end residences comes amid sharply increased demand in Oakville
A nine-storey residential development in Oakville, Ontario has been inaugurated last week, marking a new high-end addition to the region’s overburdened housing supply infrastructure (especially in the $800K-$2.5M range).
The Insignia Private Residences includes 29 luxury private suites, each with stunning views of Sixteen Mile Creek. With only up to four suites per floor, each home has a guaranteed corner view.
“Based on the latest statistics from the Oakville, Milton & District Real Estate Board, residential sales in Oakville are up more than 18% in the last twelve months,” according to Cindy Avis of The Avis Team.
“The timing could not be better for the arrival of 29 new residences in Oakville amidst the tightest demand this town has seen in years. With the average price of a new residence in Oakville up 35.9% in the last 12 months to more than $1,390,000, this project creates a much needed destination for those in search of luxurious condominium living,” Avis added.
The suites, which range from 1,271 sq. ft. to a 3,117 sq. ft. upper penthouse, are developed by Opus Signature Collection and designed by OneSpace Architects of Toronto.
“We started out a few years ago to design The Insignia to maximize the enjoyment of living in one of Canada's best towns. Being just steps away to express train access and some of the world's very best arts, culture and cuisine in Toronto, makes the appeal obvious,” Opus Signature Collection project manager Dilsher Singh said. “Built by construction partner LCL Builds of Toronto, The Insignia Private Residences will be a showcase of uncompromising quality, exclusivity and privacy for our owners.”
